Source offers competitive rates for not-for-profit arts and arts-friendly organizations through our Red Circle Membership program. Members at the Underground Movement level and above receive exclusive access to both Source and Flashpoint facilities for rentals.

All rates are subject to change.

Rehearsal Room
A refundable security deposit of $250 is required for all rentals.
  Rates
• $15/hr for Auditions and Rehearsals
• $40/hr for Classes & Workshops

Classroom
A refundable security deposit of $250 is required for all rentals.
  Rates
• $10/hr for Auditions, Rehearsals and meetings
• $30/hr for Classes & Workshops

Conference Room
A refundable security deposit of $100 is required for all rentals.
  Rate
• $10/hr for Meetings

Black Box
A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required for all rentals.
  Rates
• $490 for Peak Performance (Thursday – Sunday before 8 pm)
• $315 for Off-Peak Performance (Sunday after 8 p.m. – Wednesday)
  Rates are per performance, includes up to a five hour block of time for set up,
  performance and break-down.

Tech/Rehearsal/Meetings
  Rates
• $49/hr during peak time (Thursday – Sunday before 8 p.m.)
• $32/hr during off-peak time (Sunday after 8 p.m. – Wednesday)
